Don Richardson, ARCAP Director, is a conservation and environmental consultant with over 30 years experience.  He was Executive Vice President of the Arkansas Association of Conservation Districts and an appointee in the Clinton administration at USDA/NRCS. 

Rob Fisher is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Ecological Conservation Organization (ECO).  He has spent his entire career working to protect and improve natural resources having worked for American Rivers, the National Wildlife Federation, and Audubon.
